Meet the Speakers!
Dr. Bruce McRae: Bruce has been an ordained minister for 25 years — the first 3 years in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, and the last 22 in the Presbyterian Church in America. He currently serves as the Director of Church Relations for Great Commission Publications, the publishing company owned jointly by the PCA and the OPC. He also teaches courses at Reformed Theological Seminary in Atlanta, and Covenant Seminary in St. Louis. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Westminster Seminary (M Div), Fuller Seminary (D Min) and Georgia State University (MBA). Before serving at Great Commission Publications, he served as a senior pastor, as an executive pastor, and as a marketing manager at UPS. He is the author of a modern language version of the classic work The Gospel Mystery of Sanctification. He and his wife Katie live in Atlanta and have three children.

Else Davis: Else is a veteran preschool teacher at Severna Park EP and has captured the hearts and imaginations of preschoolers for more than 25 years. Her love for children is evident in every interaction she has with them. Else will share her proven techniques for engaging every child in the classroom from start to finish and explain how understanding the unique qualities of each child minimizes discipline problems and serves to enhance the learning environment.

Rev. Don Dove served as the youth and family minister and then associate pastor at New Covenant Presbyterian Church in Abingdon, MD, for 10 years prior to being called to pastor the congregation at Living Hope. Rev. Dove has a wife, Jenny, and six children.

Jordan Ross: Jordan has been the Youth Director for Covenant of Grace since October 2006. Jordan has lived in the Baltimore area since January 2005 but is originally from Chattanooga, TN. He graduated from Covenant College in 2003 with a degree in History. He is currently enrolled at Reformed Theological Seminary in Washington DC and is seeking to get his Masters of Religion. He is passionate about youth ministry and loves deepening and encouraging the youth in their walk with the Lord.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Michelle Prince: Michelle has been the Children's Ministry Director at Severna Park Evangelical Presbyterian Church for the last 10 years and has discovered the ability and eagerness of children to serve in the church. Out of this discovery has grown a ministry of training Junior Leaders to serve in the classroom alongside adult teachers. She will focus on these concepts in her talks.

Sigrid Houston: Sigrid has been the Children's Ministry Director at Covenant of Grace since August 2003. She graduated from Mary Washington College in 1985 with a BA in Spanish and International Affairs. In addition to Children's Ministry, Sigrid also teaches in our church's English as a Second Language (ESL) program. She and her husband, Scott, have 3 children.
